Flow with the feeling,
You are enough
Reaching out to begin therapy can often feel scary and difficult, and at the same time it can feel empowering and freeing. As you take steps to take care of your mental health, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
I know it’s not easy
Being a human is undoubtedly hard, it becomes harder when we feel stuck, when anxiety is intrusive, when depression is heavy, and when we struggle to feel connected to those around us. Let’s invite more balance to ease fears and anxieties and embrace the present moment with openness, connection, and resilience.
About Neha
I am a licensed psychotherapist with a passion for helping others find peace and fulfillment in their lives. I received my masters from the University of Pennsylvania and I use insight oriented and holistic approachs to therapy. Drawing upon wisdom from the body to cultivate more peace, serenity, joy, and restore healthy nervous system regulation.
I am also a certified yoga instructor and have training in somatic, mindfulness, and trauma informed therapy. My path to becoming a therapist was born out of my own healing journey and genuine love for human connection.
I am a feeler, a thinker, and lifelong student. I feel most alive when I’m cooking, listening to music, hiking, and gazing lovingly into the eyes of my dog, Leo.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the healing process. In our work together, we will co-create a safe, non-judgmental, restorative space. Through genuine warmth, compassion, and humor, my hope is that you’ll feel ready to explore and embark on your unique journey.
Together we will disrupt reinforced habitual patterns that are no longer useful and move towards wholeness to create more joy in your daily life. Let’s invite more balance to ease fears and anxieties and embrace the present moment with openness, connection, and resilience.

HOW I WORK
01
Inner Healing
Operating from a perspective that avoids over-pathologizing, my approach involves holding you and your experiences with compassion, engaging in exploration, and seeking understanding. Ultimately, you know what it is that you need more than I do; I will support you in your process of unearthing the wisdom that lies within you.
02
Relational Healing
Healthy relationships are fundamental to a fulfilling life. The therapeutic relationship serves as a microcosm—dynamics within the therapy room offer a mirror of what occurs in our relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. My hope is to foster curiosity and openness towards your relational patterns and challenges. Our work will provide a space to practice feeling empowered and connected to those in the broader world.
03
Mind-Body Connection
Emotions are energy in motion. Our emotions often affect the way we feel physically—we even have words to describe these feelings, like “heartache” and “gut-wrenching”. The mind-body connection is the link between a person’s thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors and their physical health. I use yoga, mindfulness, and somatic practice to bring a full body approach to mental health.
My Values
-
To walk into therapy and share vulnerabilities is a brave thing to do. A priority for me is to meet you where you are with genuinenes
-
I work with humans of all ages, races, gender expressions, nationalities, body sizes, and sexualities.
I practice through an attuned lens as each human has their own unique experience
-
Exploring and discovering the personal strengths and capacities of each human is an important part of creating agency to take control of ones life.
The foundation for empowerment in counselling is the belief that clients are capable and have a right to manage their own lives.
