For Mind Body
Connection
Flow offers a space that cultivates holistic wellness by practicing yoga, to bring our mind and bodies together as one.
Therapeutic Yoga
Yoga is a form of mind-body fitness that combines muscular activity and an internally directed mindful focus on awareness of the self, the breath, and energy.
I use yoga in the mental health space to promote 3 steady principles;
The human body is to be treated holistically to move toward overall wellness and life fulfillment. The health/illness of one part of the body will affect other parts.
Each human has a unique set of needs, hence they must be approached with said acknowledgment and practice.
The willingness, openness, and engagement of the mind-body connection is an important one to practice in day to day life
